Fahrenheit Le Parfum by Christian Dior was released in early January 2014, providing the line's signature harmony of contrasts. The fragrance was created by Dior perfumer Francois Demachy, who emphasized the oriental-spicy side of the composition and stated that the new creation is not a caricature of the classic Fahrenheit fragrance, but an original, harmonious note structure that supports the history and atypical personality of the perfume. For the composition of Fahrenheit Le Parfum, natural, rare ingredients were used that emphasize the sensual heat of hot skin and dance in shades of oriental rhythm.
The fragrance opens with the most powerful note of soft suede, complemented by undertones of licorice root and Sicilian mandarin. The center of the composition provides a new note, mixing violet leaf absolute and rum with the spice of coriander and Roman cumin. The base note is dominated by Bourbon Vanilla, which enhances the beauty of the other ingredients, ensures the stability of the fragrance and scorches the skin.
