Series 3 Incense is a luxurious collection of five fragrances united by notes of mysterious incense. It was created by the perfumers of the Japanese fashion house Comme des Garsons in 2002.

Ouarzazate was designed by British perfumer Mark Buxton. To create an amazing composition, he was inspired by Moroccan culture, an integral part of which is incense. In the Middle Ages, the city of Ouarzazate in the south of Morocco was a large checkpoint on the way of a merchant from Africa to Europe and to the countries of the Arabian Peninsula. More than 3,000 tons of incense were transported through Ouarzazate annually. Today, the use of incense in Morocco is more than a religious ritual, it is an integral part of the modern daily life of every person.

Ouarzazate is based on the mysterious notes of smoky incense, accentuated by invigorating herbal accords of clary sage and green tea extract combined with a spicy pepper blend. The composition is completed by soft woody accords with a hint of vanilla.
