English Pear & Freesia Women's Cologne was introduced to the world in 2010 as the result of a collaboration between London-based perfume house Jo Malone and talented perfumer Christine Nagel. The name of the fragrance focuses on the leading notes of the composition, which the authors invariably associate with autumn: freesia and King William pear. Like everything Jo Malone does, the character of the cologne is infused with British elegance and charm. All perfumes of the house are flawlessly combined with each other, allowing you to layer several fragrances.
The chypre-fruity composition of English Pear & Freesia creates the feeling of the last warm days of autumn, when juicy pears ripen on the trees, and freesia buds bloom in the gardens.
At the top, a pleasant sweetness of water fruits: pears and melons.
In the heart is a delicate floral duet of white freesia and rose.
A refreshing accord of patchouli, rhubarb, musk and amber completes the composition.
Wrap yourself warmly in your favorite scarf, expose your face to the already cool rays of the sun, inhale the fresh smell of wet foliage. Autumn is a time of melancholy and peace, it's time to discover the real you.
